The spraying of the urine stream could be due to narrowing of external urinary meatus and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist.
Since you are on ship you can yourself get it checked and dilate the external urinary meatus with hand and spreading it gently .

1) Tab Ciprofloxacin twice daily for 2 weeks .
2) Tab Darifenacin once daily for urgency .
3) Potrate MB6 syrup to be taken thrice 10 ml. daily
