Suggest Treatment For Weak Bladder Muscles
Question: Hello sir ...I have problem of weak flow rate of urine ...I don't hve any prostate problem I don't have any cystitis ...doctor says bladder muscle has got weak...nd they say that they dnt knw the reason... I am suffering this since 1 year...he recommended me to take 1 tab of Alfoo 10 mg daily ...
My all test reports r normal except dis weak flow rate of urine ...nd I hve to do urine vid applying little force ..
Frequent utination is dere
Please advice me wat to do as I feel really discomfort of dis problem

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your urine flow is weak and have to appy force to pas urine .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you done radiological test of Retrograde Cystourethrogram to rule out Stricture of urethra?
2-) Have you done Uroflowmetry and what is the average urine flow per second?
3) Did you have any pus discharge from penis in recent past ?
4) Did you have unprotected sex with uknwon woman ?
5) Have you consulted Urologist and have undergone endoscopic examination of Bladder and urethral passage (Cystoscopy)?
Please do write and upload reports of all the test done so far so as to help me in making precise comments on your problem .

No sex in past , no pus, have not done cystoscopy nd radiological test
I have consulted urologist nd have done uroflowmetry test nd urodynamic study also
In uroflowmetry test urine flow is very weak nd graph made by that was not curve ...it's like up and down .. Constant motion was not dere nd tuine stream was weak

Based on the report of small capacity bladder , urodyanemic evaluation and uroflowmetry you need to do further tests like Retrograde Cysto Urothrogram to rule out narrowing of urinary passage (Stricture Urethra) which is possible only when you will be back in XXXXXXX .
Till then you can take Cholenergic drug like Urivoid twice daily and Tomsulosin once daily .This will help to increase magnitude of contractions of bladder muscles and improve urine flow .
