Brief Answer:
Gum infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Can you provide a photo of the red gums with a white spot in the middle?

Until your photo is in, from what you are describing, and if the red gum with white spot is located between the teeth where you had 2 crowns, it is indicative for root infection.

I advise to :
- consult with dentist as soon as possible
- run X-ray of teeth where the redness and white spots are present
- keep a good oral hygiene until you visit your dentist
- apply local oral pain relief gel and oral antiseptic

Wish fast recovery!
