Brief Answer:
Try over the counter pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You must have hurt testicle lightly while exercising. You may not notice it most times.
I suggest to try an over the counter pain killer low dose like Ibuprofen 200mg, three times a day for two days. You can try this if you do not have kidney disease or gastritis.
It should work if it is simple pull or mild infection and it subsides.
