Question: The ball of my left foot is very sore every morning. As the day goes on it gets somewhat better. I have changes shoes and do not wear heels. Could this be a sign of planters facisitis? This issue has gradually gotten wor

The soreness of the ball of the foot can be due to plantar fasciitis or a flat foot.
You can help decrease the pain by massaging the area just after getting up from the bed. Do take a mild pain killer. Applying a local analgesic gel will also help. Do consult an orthopedician in case the pain is persistent.
