Brief Answer:
anti fungal treatment

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient.
Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

After going through your clinical description I feel this is Candidial Balanitis. Diabetic patients are prone to develop inflammation of the glans penis with stinging during the urination. I would recommend you to apply a topical anti fungal cream over the entire glans area for 5 days.

I would really appreciate if you can take a clinical picture of the lesions and share them as an image. This could be embarrassing for you, but it helps in confirming the diagnosis and ruling out other alternative diagnosis like herpes, molluscum etc.

I would request you to have a urine routine and microscopy test done as well.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
