Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed either a localised allergic reaction or herpes.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.
Also please tell What all are you applying over the area ?
Have you been using anything like dettol or savlon over the area .
Since when do you have this problem?

okay I will send a pic when I can. is It possible to conduct herpes and not know it? because like I said before hadn't had sex in a month and been with same woman for almost a year. all the things I have read on herpes says that the first outbreak is the worst and outbreaks occur 2-12 days after infection? I have never had a "outbreak" before.
and everything that I have read says that "outbreaks" are very intense and I will feel miserable. it doesn't even hurt and I feel great??

Brief Answer:
Either allergic or infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition first ,only then I can tell you for sure about what the lesions can be .
But to answer your queries, development of grouped fluid filled blisters over the groin can occur either due to any skin allergy or due to viral skin infections .
Skin allergic reactions can occur due to contact with condoms in allergic people or due to rough handling of genitals or due to contact with any harsh chemicals like dettol or savlon or any harsh soaps or cleansers .
Herpes ,on the other hand can occur even months to years after a contact with an infected person . In many cases ,a person might acquire infection from another person but does not develop the disease immediately. The virus simply goes and rest in the ganglion and can present with active lesions after many days or weeks or even months .
So these are my possibilities in your case.
I am sure I can guide you better after having a look at the area .
