Brief Answer:
needs drainage under antibiotic cover

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

As per the photo, you have developed multiple boils and they are all ready to brust.

They need to be drained under antibiotic cover like amoxicillin, either you pop them or get it done by a surgeon.

But as antibiotics are prescription drugs, you need see a local doctor for the same.

Hope i have been helpful.
