What Causes Slight Bleeding From Penis?

Question: I just saw that i am passing some blood out my penis....No other symptoms.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are passing blood from penis .

The blood from urethra at the age of 67 year is mostly due to one of the following two reasons
1) Rupture of superficial vein over Enlarged Prostate
2) Cancer of the prostate or Bladder .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy)

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
