Brief Answer:
Take sleep medicine for short time or change antidepressant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to inform you that what you are experiencing is common reponse and many of the people do not have second time response when exposed to same medication for same symptoms.

Considering this factor I think there is need to try different medications from the same class. Considering the sleep issues I think either Paxil or fluvoxamine can be good alternative.

In case you are having response for all the symptoms except sleep, in that scenario taking sleep medicine for few days along with lexapro is better option. Once the sleep is stabilised the sleep medicine can be tapered gradually.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
