Brief Answer:
SUpportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Skin getting red and hot after exercise could be body trying to cope up with heat build up during exercise and nothing else. Good hygienic clothings, avoiding sweating, shower after exercise and see if it helps. if the red area self resolves in an hour or two and flushing stops then its just a physiological response of body where heat dissipation occurs by peripheral vasodilation of blood vessels make it red and hot.

If the redness persists or some other symptoms add up like pain, itching or burning then consult a dermatologist and let them rule out skin lesions like dermatitis , eczema etc.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
