Hello,

Redness with blotchiness on face, neck and chest is indicative of developing heart disease, since you also have symptoms of high BP, breathlessness, palpitations, etc. You are suggested to cut on alcohol. Get clinically examined by a cardiologist, get blood tests, CBC, lipid function tests, imaging tests (Echo, EKG, X-ray), stress tests done to detect any developing CAD.

However, such symptoms may also be due to carcinoid syndrome. Your treating doctor may refer you to a GP, get all required investigations done & treatment started. In the meantime, you should take care of your hygiene. Take regular bath and dry yourself with a towel then apply calamine lotion for relieve in the area affected.

Cold compress is effective. Do not pick or scratch. Apply anti-itch lotions to ease discomfort. Do regular walking and avoid trans fat, salty food, refined flour, red meat, full fat dairy products. Avoid addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
