Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinus symptoms tend to be worse either late at night or in the early morning.

A decongestant anti histamine combination would help, the decongestant does as its name suggests, it would reduce the congestion of the sinuses and also the nostrils as well.
These are usually over the counter medications such as zyrtec d, allegra d, claritine d, benadryl d.

There are also topical decongestants such as normal saline nasal drops or sprays or otrivine.
Otrivine should only be used for a few days (3 to 4 ) every few weeks. Normal saline can be used as needed.

If these meds are not enough then your doctor can consider singulair or ketotifen. These meds work at different points in the pathway that is the cause for congestion.

A warm NOT hot cmpress to the face also helps the sinuses to drain as well. This can be done for 10 to 15 mins.

Propping up higher, if you sleep low, would also help with relieving any congestion that you maybe experiencing.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
