Brief Answer: hi.stress and sinus problem. Detailed Answer: Hi sir, Analyzing your symptoms in my opinion you have sinus problem. The headache, dizziness, pain behind the eyes, yellow sputum all suggest that you have sinus problem. I have had patients complaining about breathing difficulty through nose and also cause little tightness in chest with this condition. As per your investigation your x ray and spirometry report is normal. So its very unlikely to have any lung disorders. Continue your medication for GERD. If I were your treating doctor I would have recommended you to get CT Scan of nose to know the conditions of your sinuses. Discuss about this test with your treating doctor. Any type of stress can also cause shortness of breath so keep your mind calm. Regards

Brief Answer: Also consult a good physician. Detailed Answer: Hi sir, Breathing difficulty can be because of many reasons. As it gets worse with physical exertion, it needs to be thoroughly checked. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more than one reasons - its evident that you have sinus issues, but other reasons also need to be unearthed. Your doctor will look for simple cold, allergy, deviated nasal septum, nasal mass or poylp, enlarged tonsils, spasm of larynx, vocal cord lesions, chest and lung disorders, cardiac disorders, gastric problem, anemia and thyroid disturbances. I insist that your doctors also look into other causes as sinusitis will not cause breathing difficulty to this extent. I understand you have undergone few tests, but I will order for other routine tests to look into those illness too. Therefore you should also consult a physician too. You can continue your gastric medications, and take small and frequent meals to reduce gastritis. Hope this helps. Regards

Brief Answer: General physician and ENT doctor. Detailed Answer: You need to consult a general physician. Anaemia and thyroid disturbance can be detected in blood test. But these are individual test and I am not sure if your doctors have already ordered it. Discuss with the physician. I would also suggest you to meet a ENT physician and get detailed endoscopic examination of nose and throat . Hope I have answered all your questions . Thanks.
