Brief Answer:
Take drugs and get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Memory impairment occurs with age as well as secondary to vitamin deficiency.
You need to get examined and evaluated by neurologist for dementia.

Some investigation may be required like vitamin B12, Thyroid profile, renal function test, blood sugar.

Take supplementation only if vitamin deficiency occurs.
For dementia some drugs like Donepizil, Memantine may be used after checking into your local physician as all these are prescription medicines only.

Can you please tell me what vitamin B supplementation or other drugs are already being taken by you?

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Further queries are most welcome.
