Brief Answer:
Exclude Pulmonary, cardiac& gastric proproblems. .

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your pain may be caused by pulmonary, cardiac or gastrointestinal problems.

I would like to suggest the following examinations:
- Ecg
- chest x ray
- cardiac echo
- abdominal ultrasound
- stress test
If all these exams will be ok than most probably is of musculoskeletal origin.

Wish you health!
