Brief Answer:
Possible muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be a possible muscle spasm due to abnormal stretching position. Muscle relaxant with painkillers should help.
Muscle relaxant like chlorpromazine along with paracetamol or celecoxib should be helpful.

2. If the pain is still persistent, ultrasound abdomen to rule out any fatty liver or Gall bladder causes will be necessary.

No lung cause can be thought of at present, as no difficulty in breathing specifically no pain during deep breathing.

If pain present since longer periods, more details needed like any local lesions, duration and treatment taken.

You can take painkillers with muscle relaxant.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
