Brief Answer:
might be golfer's elbow; other causes to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
According to your history and location of pain, it might be a medial epicondylitis or golfer's elbow. Such pain is common. But other causes like gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or more commonly trauma has to be ruled out.
So I would suggest an xray elbow AP and lateral view, blood sugar, RA factor and uric acid to be tested.
Local dry hot compression, painkiller gel like diclofenac application locally will give you some relief.
A tennis elbow/golfer's elbow band should be worn during activities. Avoid heavy weight lifting.

Kindly get back with the reports.

Hope this was helpful.
Consult me for any further queries.
Regards.
