Brief Answer:
She should take Antibiotic too.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Zerodol P is an anti inflammatory tablet.
In addition, antibiotic has to be taken.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet along with Anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. Discuss about this with your doctor.
If the wound is open,it is preferable to cover it after local application of Antibiotic Ointment.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
