Brief Answer:
Proper dose adjustments will prevent any symptoms of weakness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. 100 mg of Wellbutrin is not a high dose but still as both Wellbutrin and Brintellix acts on same brain chemicals so taking the drugs together might increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. In my opinion abrupt stoppage of the dose of drug will increase the risk of withdrawal also. So gradual dose reduction is needed but the dose you are taking is not a high dose. In my opinion reducing the dose to 50 mg for about 2 weeks and then on stopping the drug will not cause any serious withdrawal symptoms. In the same manner dose of Brintellix should be increased slowly. Start with 5 mg dose for two weeks and then increase the dose to 10 mg. The dose adjustments in this manner will not cause withdrawal symptoms and will prevent the feelings like weakness on taking both drugs together. Please talk to your doctor for these dose adjustments.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts. Take care
