
What causes severe pain in right testicle?

Question: I am 68 yrs of age and since my 65th birthday I have been diagnosed with HH, DDD, neuropathy and bunions. But today I went to the bank and post office and doing so I experienced serious pain in my right testicle. What may this be about?
