Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care Magic.
I understand your anxiety about this issue.
No it is not possible for the fibroid to grow to symptomatic stage so soon but there can be another fibroid which has grown and is causing these symptoms.
You need to get an ultrasound from a good radiologist and then we can discuss further management.
For pain you can take meftal spas and buscopan tablets as and when required but right now ultrasound is a must.
Take care

Hello Dr XXXXXXX
I have received my ultrasound report. I am very surprised to see and know that my submucosal fibroid which was shaved 7 months ago has grown by few cm. please find the detailed description below :

Clinical Notes: New PV spotting and ongoing pelvic pain.
Findings: The uterus is mildly bulky with a volume of 164cc with changes of adenomyosis and larger two fibroids. The first is in the midline anterior body and submucosal measuring 36x29x24mm , previously 30x25mm.The endometrium was difficult to locate because of distortion. It has maximum thickness of 4mm.
The left ovary is enlarged and contains a27mm follicle.
No other mass is seen in the pelvis and there is no free fluid.

Conclusion:
Multiple fibroids & mildly enlarged uterus, the largest os which has increased from 30mm to 36mm in maxi,um diameter,

Dr, please advised what should I do. I want be pregnent now, I am having my periods now , I will also observe after periods if my symptoms are same as before as bleeding between periods. I really hope it doesnt. I also wonder what kind of iperation is this that it has grown in 7 months.

Regards,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Ovulation induction

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, your report is a little disheartening.
Chances of pregnancy decrease in cases with submucosal fibroids and since you have multiple fibroids as well as endometriosis also you have high chances of abortion also.
So best approach in your case right now is to escalate the efforts for conception by opting for ovulation induction and follicular study so as to conceive early.
Since the size of your fibroids is increasing at a rapid pace you should conceive early so that you don't require another surgery for removal of fibroid
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Explained thoroughly

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mrs XXXXXXX I think I scared you by advising everything in a concise manner.
Basically I wanted to stress on the fact that you need to start actively in the direction of family start so as to march past the growth of fibroid. You definitely have good chances of pregnancy and there is no such problem but taking ovulation induction will double the chances of conception.
Ovulation induction is intake of simple drugs for 5 specific days in your cycle and then seeing the growth of eggs in your ovary via Ultrasound (called as follicular study) and thus seeing the release of eggs.
Having intercourse on the day of release of eggs will give best results in terms of very high chances of conception.
Endometriosis was a misprint as I wanted to write adenomyosis (auto-correction feature of my laptop).
Sorry for scaring you in case I did, but I genuinely wanted to tell you the gravity of situation.
Take care and wish you all the best.

Brief Answer:
AMH levels need to be tested

Detailed Answer:
After the age of 35 years there is accelerated loss of eggs from ovaries so the more you will delay it lesser will be the chances of spontaneous conception.
Get your thyroid hormone and AMH levels tested.
AMH will tell us the ovarian status and approximate number of eggs left and this future chances of pregnancy.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Yes you stated in narrated report

Detailed Answer:
Adenomyosis is presence of small endometrium patches in the muscular layer of uterus.
You have mentioned that there are changes of adenomyosis along with small fibroid so that is though not serious but makes it important that we think in the direction of assisted reproduction.
Take care
