Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylosis, Coccydynia, Rheumatoid arthritis need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.

Since you have pain after delivery it could be Coccydynia or lumbar spondylosis.

It is advisable to sit in a tub of warm water with added salt (one tablespoon). Sit for 15 minutes for twice a day. Avoid bending forward, lifting heavy weights. Apply hot packs to the central and lower back.

Sit on a foam doughnut cushion.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water.

It is best to get an X ray of the lumbo-sacral spine to rule out spondylosis and Coccydynia.

You can take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. Apply pain killer gel on the painful regions.

Regarding joint pains, do a Rheumatoid arthritis panel of tests like Rheumatoid factor, CRP, ESR to rule out certain arthritis.

Kindly do upload any available reports or X rays for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
