Brief Answer:
It is esophageal spasm
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
The symptoms which you are describing are suggesting of diffuse esophageal spasm which may be due to reflux esophagitis or achlasia cardia.
Brufen is not helping her she is actually worsening her condition by taking Brufen which is an NSAID and can trigger gastritis and esophagitis.
I would recommend you to start her on Esmoperazole after getting it prescribed by your local physician .
If it still continues you may have to go in for an endoscopy after consultation with a gasteroenterologist.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
