Question: Good Afternoon,



I'm expericieng severe neck, back and right arm pain.

I'm already médicated, with my pro dol but the pain do not goes away. any advise?

Such pain is most likely caused by spine problem in the cervical area. Due to nerve compression in the spine, the pain radiates to the arm. You may have also tingling, weakness of right arm.
If you have the pain in first 3 fingers in the right hand and the pain is more intense in the nigh, carpal tunnel syndrome should be considered.
I suggest you to consult orthopedist. Spine MRI should be done to see the spine condition. It might need physical therapy or even surgery.
