Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Pain in chest could be due to many cause. As in your case the pain has lasted for several hours and fails to improve, it will require further clinical examination and assessment to rule out any significant abnormality especially Ischemic Heart disease. I would suggest you to visit your primary care physician for further assessment.

In the meantime adequate rest , oral antacid like Pantoprozole or other over the counter medication are worth giving a try.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance , will be glad to assist you

Take Care

Best regards
