Brief Answer:
gastritis or costochondritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This pain you're experiencing is basically most probably related to gastritis which is common in pregnancy especially from 5th month onwards when uterus starts enlarging at a faster pace.
But it can be mild form of costochondritis which is though less common otherwise but seen in pregnant females deficient in calcium.
I would suggest you to-
- get an ultrasound for upper abdomen
- drink lots of water
- avoid fried and spicy foods
- take a cup of cold milk 3 times a day.
- hot fomentation of the affected area when it hurts more.
I hope this will give some relief to you but in case problem persists or aggravates in coming few days then visit your gynecologist for examination of the affected area.
Take care and all the best.
Hopefully your pain will be relieved by above measures.
