What Causes Semen Going Out After Sex?

default
Posted on Fri, 9 May 2014
Question: We have recently started trying for a baby. Whenever we have intercourse all the semen flows out as soon as I take out my penis. I have read the posts on internet and have tried putting a pillow under my wife's hip. I have also tried keeping my penis inside for 20-30 min but even then it comes out. Please suggest.

Brief Answer: the semen going out is extra so relax Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for choosing www.healthcaremagic.com Human vagina has collapsed walls. When a penis is inserted, it creates its space so that it just fits in snugly and results in sensations of sexual pleasure. The volume of semen is 2-5 ml which is much more than the space available inside the vagina so the extra semen comes out after sex. Immediately after ejaculation, the semen gets liquefied and in 90 seconds, the sperms go inside cervix. After that, the rest of sperms are dead because the pH of vagina is acidic. So the semen going out after sex is extra fluid containing mostly dead sperms. Relax, this semen is not going to hamper your chances of pregnancy. So all the semen is not flowing out but some sperms do get the chance to get inside the cervix. DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
