Brief Answer:
clinical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for the query
I can understand your concern
Have you completed the antibiotic course?
which antibiotic given?
Do you have fever? any discharge from the ear? pain in the ear?
If you have only block in the canal, you have to meet ENT specialist for wax removal
Some people have a tendency to get wax impacted very often. Cleaning the wax with the ear bud further promote this impaction as the urge to clean deeper push it in. Soliwax softens the wax and makes it easy to be removed. In this process the wax get softened and swells, as a result the ear feels clogged. But nothing to worry.
For now you should get your wax cleaned by the ENT specialist

If you have any doubt you are welcome

Take care
