Brief Answer:
This indicates dry eyes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Welcome to Health care magic
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are a IT professional working on computer for most of the day and you are complaining of redness of the eyes. I went through the photo attached with the query and it shows conjunctival congestion as a result of chronic irritation of the eyes as in dry eyes.
This appears to be like dry eye related redness of eyes as a result of eye strain and dryness of eyes because of result of chronic and long time exposure to computer monitor. This is also called as computer vision syndrome.
The treatment is by use of artificial tears eye drops and decongestant eye drops.

The condition can be prevented by taking precautions like
Use of antiglare cover the computer monitor or antiglare glasses.
Frequent breaks in between while working with the computer like break once in 1-2 hours for 5 minutes.
Use of artificial tears eye drops.
Avoiding the use of fan, air conditioner which further increase the dryness of the eyes.
Positioning the monitor level of the computer below the level of the eyes to prevent exposure of the eyes directly to the computer monitor.

I usually treat patients with this problem by using preservative free artificial tears eye drops like refresh tears.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
