Brief Answer:
you are having an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

From your complaints and the attached picture it looks like that you are having an infection of your ear lobe and external ear, a condition called as otitis externa

Most of the times the causative organism is bacteria and i would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will start you on a course of antibiotics.

Please dont delay as if the infection spreads , then the pain will increase.

In the meantime i would like you to apply MUPIROCIN ointment to the affected site , it will help reduce the infection.

Please dont worry , you will be fine!

Thanks
