What Causes Redness And Raw Looking Areas All Around Groin Area ?

Question: My husband has redness and raw looking all around his groin area, he went to family and he told him to try antifungal cream, worked that time. He has it again and it's not working. to me , looks like diaper rash try diaper rash cream no good. What else can he try? Thank You for your time. XXXXXXX
