Brief Answer:
benign condition. Keep moving limbs & crepe bandag

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

These reddish dots looks like purpura. Usually this occurs in long standing and heavy workers. Since there is no discomfort no need to worry much on it as this is a benign condition.

Since he flies more ask him to keep moving his limbs during journey and applying crepe bandage may help him. If any itching he can use topical steroid. Keep checking for any varicose veins as these type of lesion may be associated with varicose veins. I will be little concerned if the rashes increases and if any other associated features. Or else be relaxed and no need to worry.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health and faster recovery.
Regards
