What Causes Reddish Bumps On The Inner Thighs?

Question: Doc, please excuse the long winded story but I am a bit concerned. I tried to use the STD Forum but it seems closed. About 5 days ago I noticed 2 very slightly raised redish, purple bumps on my inner thigh, high up in the genital area and a third spot that was flush with the skin. They are in a perfect line with the larger bump being the size of a pencil eraser at most. No itching and no pain at first so I figured chaffing from recent exercise that I had not notice during the workout. On day two really no change but day three after some yard work I notice a bit of swelling on the raised two and they were sensitive but not really painful. The next day (Monday) was back at the office walking around a bit I notice I could feel the raise two a bit more when my underwear rub them but not really painful. On Tuesday they we raised a bit more but still not really painful to the touch but noticeable at times with frictions from my clothing. Today I put a bandaid on them reduce the friction and when I took it off the large one appeared to be blister. I touched it and ruptured like a water blister does. The second largest bump has a purple head to it but does not seem to be becoming a water blister and the third has not changed much.

In your opinion does the above description lead you to believe it could be herpes or any other STD?

Now enters the reason I would worry that it could be. I found myself in a situation about 5-6 weeks ago where I was in the company of a few strippers and likely, well surely a prostitute. There was quite a bit of fondling and brief (5 mins) of unprotected oral contact but nothing more. However, where these bumps (sores) are was never exposed other than maybe a hand touching me.

There is the complete story and I would appreciate your thoughts.
