
What causes reddish and swollen buttocks with white spots?

Question: my 2.5 year old daughter has a red (slightly swollen) buttock cheek with white spots and a white swollen elongated mark underneath the red skin ( marks are the size of my thumbnail). its warm to the touch. appeared this morning. she is still wearing nappies
