What causes reddish and swollen buttocks with white spots?

Question: my 2.5 year old daughter has a red (slightly swollen) buttock cheek with white spots and a white swollen elongated mark underneath the red skin ( marks are the size of my thumbnail). its warm to the touch. appeared this morning. she is still wearing nappies
I've more information. she's just had chicken pox and conjuctivitus. has a cough too. so her system is run down
