What Causes Red Discoloration Of Skin On The Hands?

Question: my hands are turning red/pinkish on both hands and only on part of them, mostly fingers no palms, no itching no burning, a little swelling. and looks like ring around thumb and there was a line across my palm

It is advisable to consult a doctor for antihistminic medication like :
Tablet Cetrizine 10mg once a day for 3 days.

A consultation with a physician/ dermatologist is required to rule out any other skin conditions like infections due to bacteria and fungus.
