Brief Answer:
A stress test wld be a next step for ruling out heart as the cause of pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir , I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
I went through the history you have given ,
There is a high probability that the pain you experience may be simple gastritis, however considering your age and particularly if the chest pain you describe occurs when you are exerting , there is some associated breathlessness and if you have any risk factors like smoking, obesity, irregular lifestyle, hypertension, diabetes or any family history of heart problems then it's wiser to do some more tests to rule out heart as the cause of chest pain as egg wouldn't be enough and in 40 % patients it may be normal in spite of having a ten underlying heart pathology.
A 2 D Echo cardiography and particularly important a Stress test ( treadmill preferred ) would be the step further if the pain continues.
Let me know if any clarification needed .
Do rate for others review .
