What Causes Recurrent Episodes Of Jaundice In A Child?

Question: My Son is 2 weeks old & suffering from jaundice.
After giving phototherapy also jaundice is re appearing.
Daily morning @ 30 min we are providing sunbath.

Sun bath has no importance in reducing bilirubin levels in child. It can also lead to sunburn, stop giving son bath.

what is the weight of child? 3.2Kg
what is the billirubin levels both direct and total bilirubin? - 14.8
is the child Preterm or born at full term? - Full Term
And what is the mother and baby blood group? mother o+, Son A+

welcome once again.

Since, mother blood group is o+ and baby blood group is A+, this is most probably due to abo incompatibility.

after 2 weeks 14.8 bilirubin is slightly more than normal. continue phototherapy.

Repeat bilirubin should be done after 2 days.
