Brief Answer:
urticarial rash

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The flare is likely to be acute urticarial rash. Contact dermatitis is another possibility. You can give him oral anti histamines such as levocetirizine or desloratidine. Clean the hands with povidone antiseptic and apply calamine lotion. Most likely the rash and flare will subside.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
