Brief Answer:
High BUN or Creat may be due to high B.P or bladder obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Welcome, I believe I have understood your issues.

As you stated you have high blood pressure and hyperthyroidism. Raised Creatinine and BUN can be due to inadequate control of blood pressure or thyroid hormone level.

Raised creatinine can also be due to incomplete voiding as occurs in bladder obstruction or urethral stenosis in postmenopausal age group.

Adequate B.P and thyroid control is must. An ultrasound of the kidney will help get us closer to determining the cause of the High Creat as well. Consultation with physician will help you.
Hope I have addressed your query and cleared everything up, Let me know if there is any other way I can help you,

Thanks
