Brief Answer:
Tinea cruris. Topical and Oral antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dt. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.

You seem to have a fungal infection of groin folds- tinea cruris.. Sweating and humidity are favorable factors for tinea.
I suggest you to use a topical antifungal cream e.g Luliconazole 1% cream (Lulifin cream), twice daily for 4 weeks.
In addition I also suggest you to take an oral antifungal e g itraconazole ( Cap. Canditral 100mg), twice daily for 4 weeks.
For itch relief you may take a levocetrizine( tab. teczine 10mg) once every day in evening for 10 days.
These are prescription medicines and I suggest you to take them under supervision and regular follow up of a doctor.

Regards
