Brief Answer:
It seems to be Urinary tract infection (UTI). Start treatment as suggested!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for consulting me at HCM. Your trust in HCM means a lot to me as a Physician.

I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.

It seems to be a urinary tract infection (even though you need to go for Urine Routine & Microscopy examination) and is manageable. If I was your treating Physician and UTI was positive on urine culture and sensitivity test, I would have prescribed you with Nitrofurantoin for acute urinary infection if not allergic to.

Start taking plenty of water and Sugar-free cranberry juice as this is good for UTIs. If you feel nothing is working good for you, ask your primary care physician to refer you to a Urologist for proper evaluation and treatment. He will go for an Ultrasound of kidney ureter and bladder. If needed he may go for cystoscopy to see if there is any pathology of the bladder's inner wall and also to see the functioning of the bladder muscles.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with my expert opinion.

For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is very necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
