Brief Answer:
Investigate the arrhythmia first

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
Premature ventricular contractions have to be investigated to know whether they are benign or dangerous, requiring treatment.
Two test required are 1. Stress EKG - A tread mill test if you do not have any musculoskeletal problem and can do it and 2. A holter monitoring to evaluate the arrhythmia over a 24 hour or more period.
If these contractions are benign and there are no ischemic changes, with good effort tolerance on the TMT, any exercise including sex would be fine.
