Question: I'm having trouble eating. Feeling nauseous can only eat in very small amounts. Feeling weak and run down. Stomach aches, no spacific spot,

Welcome.
I need few information like
Since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any associated vomiting?
Had you consumed any food outside recently?
Is there any regurgitation of food?

Ill mention few measure, try them they should be beneficial.
Avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco if any.
Avoid spicy and oily food for few days.
Avoid carbonated beverages, coffee, tea.
Avoid eating large meals at ones, eat small frequent meals, avoid starving.
Add more fibres to your diet, restrict the intake of meat.
Do not lie down immediately after food , walk for few minutes.
Take curd, it will be beneficial. Take probiotics like sporolac or ecobion.
Capsule omeprazole 20 mg twice daily half an hour before food for 15 days.

Follow this measures, you should be fine. If this measures doesn't help we have to rule out H pylori infection.
