Brief Answer:
Get investigated and upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

These symptoms can be due to Thyroid disorder, vitamin B 12 deficiency or vitamin D deficiency.
You can go ahead for investigation and X-ray for any associated cervical spondylosis.
Follow up with reports.

Till then you can take Amitryptiline, Methylcobalamin and Calcium supplements.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
