Brief Answer:
Circumcision may be required if it tight

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Do you mean to say, that the foreskin can not be retracted , that is pulled up?
This condition is called phimosis.
Since you are already 28 years old, it is difficult that simply pulling it up may help.
This is not OK if it is causing any problem.

I would have been happy to know about :
*Any pain during (sexual pleasure) ?

* If yes- you may have to undergo a small operation called circumcision. This will be after consultation with the Surgeon. On examination he can guide you the best. This operation is needed if the skin can not be pulled without pain.

* Was the foreskin retractable in the past?

thank u doctor.

I went back and looked for the right word...its Frenulum.. let me share a background. .I have attached a picture for better clarity...

- I have not yet experienced sex and now when I m getting married I figured out out that there is a need for a piece of advice

- the foreskin is easily pulling back when the penis is not errected

- it is a bit of problem when the penis is fully errected. I noticed that the foreskin is a bit stiff and i feel pain when I try to pull back. not sure if its because of Frenulum being attached

is the state okay and common ? what can be done to ensure my sex experience is hassle free ? Also my would be wife is a virgin and when I tried to do intercourse I couldnt do it.

would appreciate your expertise as both of us are a bit shy in discussing our state with any one.....also can the stiffness be removed using a cream or something..please assist

Brief Answer:
Do not go into anxiety of performance.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback, understanding and good quality photograph.

I can understand your concern. The frenulum is indeed very short. But in most of the cases this may tear a bit and gets healed on its own after tearing, as does happen in case of hymen in virgin girls.
Not all need the surgical intervention.

You are right: the pain may be due to a combination of a bit tight skin and short frenulum. With the sexual act this will get adjusted.

Yes, this is OK and very common.
For hassel free sex experience: please just stop thinking about this. You both are new to sex, Just enjoy it. Almost all the problems get resolved without any problem. The stress of this thinking can mar the excitement and progress.
Your inability to have intercourse could have been due to this, the fear of performance, shyness may be a small guilt of doing it before marriage and so on.

There is no cream or something that can remove this stiffness. Nature has its own way to deal and heal. So just relax. Stop thinking about it from now on and plan a great marriage and honeymoon.

There is the rarest of chance of you having any trouble. I have seen only 3 cases and put stitch on it in 30 years. You can not be the 4 th ( on a lighter vain please).

Please give the feedback.

Brief Answer:
Soap and water / Be natural

Detailed Answer:
Sure , you can ask any number of queries.

1> Cleaning the area liberally with routine soap and water twice daily - once at bath and when you come home or before intimacy is the best way. No special things are needed to be done and in fact should be avoided.

Why would you like to shave? IT will start pricking after a few days to you and your wife causing a situation you both will laugh at for lifetime. ( if that is the way you want to remember the great initial days- I hope you are getting my point). Do not shave.

Few sebaceous cysts on the scrotum are very common in people living in warm temperate zones. Almost all are self limiting.

2> The inability must have been due to over-excitement, fear of performance, may be a small guilt, ''she'' being not ready and not relaxed to accommodate you.
All these factors are modified to a positive. ( you said would-be-wife). After marriage the things are different, the wife is fully involved into you and the things become absolutely easy. Go away from your place and city for a few days, have a great time before sex, have a great foreplay, BE NATURAL, as you are and see the life is transformed. Do not demand anything, command comes automatically.
