Brief Answer:
You are unlikely to be pregnant!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this bleeding and the persistent spotting that you have reported. Is this your first deep shot? If not, then you may not need to worry. Having reviewed your symptoms with a negative pregnancy test about 2weeks ago, there is very little room for a possible pregnancy. This seems more to be a known side effect of deep injections. This usually resolves without need for nay medical intervention. To be double sure at this time that it is all explained by deep side effects, do a rapid pregnancy test. This will also answer the question on abortion and ectopic pregnancy. With abortion and ectopic pregnancy, I expect more severe pains and much bleeding. Bleeding in ectopic is often not bright red and the pain is unbearable which seems not to be the case with you.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
