What Causes Persistent Tiredness Along With Pain In Calves?

Question: It's been over a year now and my whiteblood cell count is staying at 16,000 last month I just had a deep skin abscess removed which drive count up to 30,000 but now has returned to 16,000. There is days where I feel tired all the time where I can just sleep and sometimes wake up with cramped calves what could be causing white blood cell count to stay that high

Exercise, pregnancy, high altitude is some of the causes. In some cases there is high wbc count without any cause or any disease. Your weaknesses and fatigue may be due to some other cause.
