Brief Answer:
A few suggestion, but mainly do not pick on it and drink plenty of water

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and attached image with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The very first rule and don't of an acne related issue, is to never pick on your acne/pimple. Picking on them or popping them only aggravates them further and causes them to get infected and uglier.

I would recommend the following:

+Let it heal naturally
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid smoking and alcohol
+Avoid oily/fatty/fried food for a while
+Avoid using any cosmetics on the pimple that can also greatly aggravate it, causing it to get worse
+Try not to think about it
+Acne is hormone related in women, and can usually come and go as per the hormone levels and should not be a permanent problem
+Try using a topical applicant containing clindamycin and adapalene on the region
+Some home remedies include the use of toothpaste on the pimple
+I have also found great improvement in using the saliva from your mouth in the middle of the night, i.e. after you have slept for at least 3-4 hours, wake up and use the saliva from your mouth to be applied to the region of the pimple directly, this is a natural remedy and has proven to be quite effective
+Wash your face with a mild soap only 2-3 times a day, rest of the times make sure you wash your face with only water (7-10 times a day)

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
