Question: i have pain in my foot at the bottom when i awake in the morning and the pain stays all day but not as bad.

noticed about 6 weeks now,pain at bottom of foot closer to heal,no diabetes,no meds,no history ,no swelling,no other symptoms.

Get serum uric acid levels done

Hello

thank you for the answers. One of the most common cause for this pain is high uric acid. Other cause includes tendinitis(inflammation of tendon). If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:

- take adequate rest.
- Get serum uric acid level done.
- ibuprofen thrice a day for 5 days.
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.

> AVOID:
- Performing sternous activity.
- Green leafy vegetables
- Limit or avoid alcohol.
- Drink plenty of fluids, particularly water
